Comedian Adam Sandler pays tribute to actor George Segal. Sandler shared his thoughts on Instagram on 
Wednesday, March 24th. Sandler wrote, 

"Such a great guy. Such a funny guy. Love to his whole family. Will be terribly missed." 

His wife said George Segal died Tuesday in Santa Rosa, California. He was 87-years-old. 

According to the AP, George Segal was nominated for an Academy Award for the movie "Who's afraid of Virginia Wolf?" 

Segal was known for his comedic acting. He starred in the TV show the Goldbergs.
