This is McNearney's first child.

A woman, whose family inspired the Sound of Music, has died. According to the AP, Maria von Trapp died Sunday. She was 99 years old. Von Trapp's musical family escaped from Nazi occupied Austria. This was the inspiration for the Sound of Music. Maria Von Trapp was the second oldest daughter. She was the last surviving member of the family.

Florida Judge Will Review Bieber Arrest Video

A Florida judge will review Justin Bieber's arrest video. The judge can decide to withhold portions of the video or release portions of the video. According to the AP, there are clips of the celebrity peeing into a cup. This clip is at the center of the debate. Defense attorneys argued for privacy at Thursday's hearing. A lawyer asked the court to hold a review. Bieber's legal representation said "there is no reason the media should make a spectacle of that event."

Film Royalty Meets Queen Elizabeth II

Film Royalty meet Queen Elizabeth II. The stars attended the dramatic arts gala at Buckingham Palace Tuesday February 18th. According to the AP, Helen Mirren, Roger Moore and Steve McQueen were among the celebrities. You can see in the video, Buckingham Palace 'glowed' with lights. Mirren arrived on the red carpet wearing a light lavender jacket and black dress. Looks like Joan Collins arrived for the gala too. Angela Lansbury appears to be in the video. The famous actress is part of a meet and greet with the Queen of England. Lansbury is perhaps best known for her role in Murder She Wrote .   The Duchess of Cambridge was on hand.  Helen Mirren may have got in a little acting. The Oscar winning actress is seen performing at the end of the video. Mirren won an Academy Award in 2006 for playing Queen Elizabeth II.

Shirley Temple dies at 85. She is considered one of the most famous child stars in the world. According to the AP, she passed away with family members by her side in California. The child star captured the hearts of Americans with performances well beyond her years. Temple was known for her sing and dance numbers. Her personality, cute looks, trademark curls, and adorable clothes drew in audiences. Shirley was a welcome distraction from  the Depression. She attracted the most movie viewers in 1935 when she was seven. She retired from films at 21. She entered politics from there.

Acting Peers Pay Respects to Phillip Seymour Hoffman

Stars and friends paid their final respects to Oscar winning actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman. Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Michelle Williams, and Julianne Moore attended the private funeral Friday February 7th. They are seen walking in. According to the AP, Seymour Hoffman was found dead February 2nd in his Manhattan apartment. He died of an apparent overdose. Several arrests were made in connection with the case. Phillip Seymour Hoffman won an Academy Award for his role in Capote. He brought the life of writer Truman Capote to the screen.

Oprah Winfrey celebrates her 60th birthday. Winfrey attended the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. There she was honored with the Montecito Award. According to the AP, Oprah was acknowledged for her movie career and her role in The Butler . The talk show host played a White House butler's wife. The TV host called her birthday 'thrilling.' She expressed her gratitude towards making it to 60. Winfrey said I'm happy to celebrate me. The celeb said she's done three films and her real body of work is on the Oprah show. Happy Birthday Oprah.

Phillip Seymour Hoffman Found Dead in His Manhattan Apartment

Authorities say Oscar winner Phillip Seymour Hoffman was found dead in his New York City Apartment. Multiple reports allege an apparent overdose may be the cause of his death. Hoffman took home an Oscar in 2006 for his role as writer Truman Capote in the film Capote. The actor appeared in two Hunger Games movies, Scent of a Woman , Along Came Polly , Almost Famous, Master, Moneyball, Magnolia, and Mission Impossible III , among others. He was a film and stage actor. The star had multiple nominations for Oscars. He was 46 years old.
