According to the AP, there are clips of the celebrity peeing into a cup. This clip is at the center of the debate. Defense attorneys argued for privacy at Thursday's hearing. A lawyer asked the court to hold a review.

Bieber's legal representation said "there is no reason the media should make a spectacle of that event."
