Leonard Nimoy passes away at 83. Nimoy played Spock on Star Trek. According to US Weekly, the actors granddaughter, Dani Schwartz  announced news of her grandfather's passing on Twitter. She tweeted in part "Hi all, as you know my grandpa passed away this morning at 8:40."  "He was an extraordinary man, husband, grandfather, brother, actor author-the list goes on-and friend. Thank you for the warm condolences. Stars took to Twitter to pay their respects. I support ex soap star turned reality star, Lisa Rinna's advocacy. She emphasized the importance of sobriety on an episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.The celebrity commented an on set fight never would have happened without the use of alcohol.  Rinna is the former star of Melrose Place. I don't drink or do drugs.

Prince Harry is reportedly 'smitten' with Harry Potter actress, Emma Watson.  Harry, who could be fifth in line to the throne, asked mutual friends to set him up with Watson. According to Intouch Weekly, Prince Harry asked for the favor after Watson broke up with Matthew Janney. The 30-year-old royal family member wanted friends to accompany them on a date. The magazine reveals Prince Harry wanted to take the pressure off of her. He wanted to show Watson, 24, he is fun and not stuffy. Meanwhile, Prince Charles toured London sewers Wednesday. According to the AP, he visited a tunnel nearly 250 feet under London's east side.

Lady Gaga and actor Taylor Kinney plan to get married. The singer made the announcement on her Instagram Monday. According to the AP, she posted a pic of her enormous heart shaped engagement ring. The pop star and actor met on the set of Lady Gaga's You and I video back in 2011.

Bobbi Kristina's aunt said her niece opened her eyes. Aunt Leolah Brown said she is "doing better." According to Intouch Weekly, 21-year-old Bobbi Kristina remains in a medically induced coma after she was found unconscious in the bathtub. Her improvements have the family hopeful about her recovery. Her aunt said Bobbi would have never hurt herself. Her aunt commented "Krissi loved life too much."

Police investigate after 21-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown is found unconscious in the bathtub of her  Roswell, Georgia home in late  January 2015. Brown remains in a medically induced coma at the hospital. According to Intouch Weekly, there are rumors of domestic violence between couple Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon. The magazine reports Bobbi Kristina had injuries to her face which is why police launched the investigation.  Other reports claim an alleged drug dealer may have been on scene prior to the bathtub incident. Bobbi Kristina is the daughter of late singer Whitney Houston and of  singer Bobby Brown. Houston was discovered in a Beverly Hills Hotel bathtub in February 2012. Her death was ruled an accidental drowning. She was 48-years-old.

Sam Smith wins big. Smith is honored with four Grammys. The singer, songwriter's awards include Song of the Year and Album of the Year for Stay with Me. He takes home the prize for Best New Artist. Smith accepts at the 57th Annual Grammys at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday Feb. 8, 2015. He attends a photo shoot where he struggles to hold on to all four Grammys. He had the same trouble at the press conference.

Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, and ELO are scheduled to perform at Sundays Grammy Awards. Beck will play with Coldplay's Chris Martin. Mary J. Blige and Sam Smith will perform a duet. I can't wait to see Sam Smith's performance. I am interested to see what his duet with Mary J. Blige will sound like. According to the AP, Ed Sheeran will play with Herbie Hancock and ELO. Madonna, Kanye West, and Paul McCartney are the other acts that will take to the stage at the 2015 Grammys.

Bruce Jenner's mom opens up about rumors her son will undergo a gender transformation. He is rumored to plan to transition from male to female. According to the AP, Bruce's mom commented "I'm proud of him and I'll always love him." Esther Jenner praised her son for his courage when she sat down for an AP interview Wednesday. A publicist for Bruce declined comment. According to US Weekly, Diane Sawyer will interview the 65-year-old reality star and former Olympic athlete about his gender journey. The interview is slated to air in May. The mag reports Bruce was spotted out with diamond earrings, painted nails, longer hair, and plump lips. All of Bruce's kids are said to be supportive.
