Love" She also took to Instagram to post a picture of "We're pregnant" written in the sand on a beach. The photo is captioned with a near identical message to the one on Twitter. Portwood is dating boyfriend, Andrew Glennon. Portwood is already a parent to 8-year-old Leah with ex-fiance Gary Shirley.
