Prince William plans a $5 million birthday surprise for the Duchess. According to Perez Hilton, Royal spies reveal birthday gift info. They said William is looking for a $5 million home for Kate's early January birthday. He is interested in Hampshire and Buckinghamshire locations because they are away from London. Perez Hilton reports William is hopeful the new house will buy Kate privacy. The Huffington Post confirms the birthday shopping. The royals are working out birthday party plans.   The Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant. The media speculates Kate could be expecting twins.
