Blac Chyna denied Kardashian name in court
Blac Chyna is denied rights to the Kardashian name in court whether or not she marries Rob. Chyna had tried to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian in December before her wedding. The wedding was called off, but the on again off again couple Rob and Chyna have since reconciled. According to the Daily Mail, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney opposed Blac Chyna in court. They wanted to block her from using the Kardashian name for profit. Blac Chyna's motion was denied. The judge agreed with the sisters that her use of the family name would "confuse matters in the marketplace." TMZ was the first to report the news.
