According to TMZ, Guichon said most of his creations are created to display and not to be eaten. As shown in the video, his sculptures include an intricate whale, turtle, eagle, a motorcycle, a musical instrument, and more. Guichon teaches at the School of Chocolate in Las Vegas. The School of Chocolate is also a show on Netflix.
