Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West welcome their fourth child via surrogate. Kim K tweeted the announcement on Friday, May 10. She writes, "He's here and he's perfect!" She followed up the Tweet with, "He's also Chicago's twin lol I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her." According to the Daily Mail, their child was born Thursday evening. Kim suffers from placenta accreta which makes it unsafe for her to carry her child. In an interview, Kim told Jimmy Kimmel, she was thinking about naming her fourth child Robert after her brother but it doesn't go with the other names of Kim's children.
