Fans mobbed in an attempt for a glimpse at David Beckham. They swarmed at a Shanghai University on Thursday. The public made it past a police barrier there. You can see the chaos created. The scene is noisy as fans try to snap photos. Multiple people can be seen sitting or laying on the cement. The incident injured seven people. Five security guards are among the injured. The sheer number of fans is astounding. Beckham can be seen in the video. He appears to be guarded by personnel. Beckham looks to have escaped the scene uninjured.

                                                                Associated Press Actor Jeff Garlin was arrested. His arrest stemmed from an unconfirmed fight over a parking spot. Garlin stars in Curb Your Enthusiasm . The Associated Press reports he was arrested for alleged felony vandalism. There are allegations he smashed someone's car windows. Reports about the incident surfaced Monday June 17.  The actor is 51-years-old. Looks like he didn't curb his enthusiasm. 

The Duchess of Cambridge names a cruise ship. She named the ship Royal Princess on Thursday. Kate Middleton donned a snow leopard print dress, black hat, and black pumps. The dress is complimentary maternity ware. The clothing conceals her womb until her arms are placed near her belly. The Duchess has been criticized for not wearing sexy clothing. Palace family members are expected to dress formally. Middleton makes a snow leopard print dress look regal. She consistently makes best dressed lists. At her appearance, the Duchess cut a rope and a bottle of champagne smashed against the ship. The rope cutting was followed by music and confetti streaming through the air. Officials from the palace said this is her last public appearance alone before she gives birth. She is expected to deliver her child in mid-July.

Kristin Cavallari married Jay Cutler. The couple made it official June 7, 2013. Cavallari was a Hills reality tv star.  Since then she acted in multiple movies. Cutler is a professional football player. The couple has a baby boy together. The star dished about the wedding to an interviewer. She said it's going to be family and really close friends. Fellow former Hills stars, Stephanie Pratt, Audrina Partridge, and Heidi Montag were left off the invite list. MTV portrayed Cavallari as an alleged female player who regularly broke hearts. The star said she wouldn't recommend reality television for people because it can ruin relationships. She alleged producers would sometimes text her to tell her what to do during the show. These allegations are unconfirmed. Kristin and Jay did break things off in the past to work through issues.The couple are known for their long term relationship.  Congratulations Jay and Kristin.

She beat the competition. Pickler out performed Disney star Zendaya and a famous football player. The country crooner is known for the song "The Best Days of Your Life."  According to US Magazine Kellie is overjoyed about the win. The famous singer said her husband shed tears. A dramatic photo following the finale shows Pickler on a man's shoulders while she holds her trophy raised far above her. Her dancing partner is held above the crowd with her. Thieves stole $1 million in jewelry from the Cannes Film Festival. The robbers tore a safe from the wall. The Associated Press reports the safe was in a hotel room near the festival. French authorities announced the robbery Friday. They called the late night heist brazen. Chopard is the victim of the heist. The company is known for bejeweling the famous. The stolen jewelry was not from the collection worn by Cannes actresses.  Ironically the thieves made off with the jewels during the The Bling Ring screening. The movie is based on real life robberies at stars' homes. There are newer reports a diamond necklace worth more than $2 million vanished from the festival. Models were reported to be wearing the jewelry. It is unclear what happened to the necklace.
