One Night Only: The Best of Broadway aired on Thursday night on NBC. Talented actors portrayed scenes from Rent, Jersey Boys, Chicago, Ain't too Proud, and more. Tina Fey hosted. According to NBC, the night also featured celebrity appearances including Vanessa Williams, Kristen Bell, John Stamos, and others.  The night also raised awareness for the struggling theater industry.
