Lohan Accepts Plea Deal, Avoids Jail

Lindsay Lohan accepts a plea deal on Monday in a misdemeanor car crash. She arrived late to the Los Angeles court room. The star entered the court wearing sheer pants covered by a white skirt and a slitted tube shirt with sheer sleeves. Someone sprinkled her with glitter on her way to the hearing.

Lohan looks tired as she sits in the courtroom. She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and lying to police for a June accident. The starlet avoided jail time.

Lohan faces 90 days in a locked-down rehab facility. She won't be able to leave the facility during those 90 days. She'll do 30 days of community service and 18 months of therapy.

According to the Associated Press, the star was on a form of probation since 2007.

There are claims Lindsay wrecked with a water bottle containing wine inside the car. Perez Hilton blogs a cop allegedly reports the bottle was tossed from the vehicle.
