Witness to 1996 shooting of Tupac Shakur indicted on murder charge

“For 27 years the Tupac family has been waiting for justice,” said the Sheriff of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. 

Tupac’s family is now closer to seeing justice served for the rapper’s 1996 murder in Las Vegas. The shooting took place while the suspects were going West on Flamingo near Koval. 

According to the AP, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department arrested suspect Dwayne Davis in the murder case of rapper Tupac Shakur. 

According to ABC, the murder was retaliation for Davis’ nephew being beaten up.
