Regina King is one of the best-dressed stars at the Oscars

Actress Regina King belongs on a best-dressed list.  The If Beale Street Could Talk and Miss Congeniality 2 actress wore a gown with butterfly shoulders to the Oscars on Sunday, April 25th at Union Station in Los Angeles. According to the BBC, Regina is wearing a blue Louis Vuitton gown.
