Tiger Woods in surgery after serious car accident
Officials say Tiger Woods has been seriously injured after his SUV rolled over and ended up on its side in suburban Los Angeles on Tuesday, February 23rd. According to the Associated Press, Woods' agent says he is undergoing leg surgery. According to NBC, Woods is being treated at UCLA Medical Center. According to TMZ, Tiger was seen speeding away from a hotel before the accident.
The area where Tiger crashed is considered dangerous. Woods crashed around 7:00 am at the border of Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes. The golf star was traveling Northbound on Hawthorne Boulevard at Blackhorse Road when the crash occurred.
