Kendall Jenner disses Khloe Kardashian on Twitter. Khloe tweeted, "She's so perfect either way. I mean now she looks exactly like me." Khloe made the comment about Kendall's new blonde hair color on Tuesday, September 17.

Model Kendall Jenner's tweeted the reply "you wish b."
