$50 million treasure found at a thrift shop

According to the LA Times, as of January 2018, Teri Horton is holding out for a 'fair price' for what some think is an original Jackson Pollock estimated to be worth $50 million.

According to CBS, Teri Horton, a trucker, bought a $5 painting for a friend at a thrift shop in the early 1990s as a joke.

Horton had purchased the canvas as a gift for her friend but couldn't get it through her friend's door. Faced with this dilemma, the owner decided to put the art out for a garage sale. '

There somebody noticed the work and told her it's in the style of famed artist Jackson Pollock and Teri should look into it.

Teri had the piece checked out. Forensic analyst determined the artwork was by the famous artist Jackson Pollock. He is one of the most important American artists of the 20th Century. The trucker learned the painting could be worth $50 million!
