Victoria Beckham suffered a small stress fracture

Former Spice Girl and fashion designer Victoria Beckham suffered a small stress fracture. Beckham posted a photo and message about her injury to Instagram Friday.  The snapshot shows the celebrity with crutches and with her foot in a boot. Beckham wrote, "Thank you for the lovely messages, a small stress fracture, just needs some rest! #it'snotideal" According to the Daily Mail, a representative declined to discuss how the star sustained the injury.
