Jill (Duggar) Dillard from T.V. show "19 Kids and Counting" shares a photo of her newborn babySamuel Scott Dillard. The reality tv star writes, "Meet Samuel Scott Dillard. This little handsome fella is getting bigger every day!We are so in love with him!"

Jill's husband is Derick Dillard. Jill and Derick are already parents to 2-year-old Israel David Dillard.
