Empire State Building lights up with Harper's Bazaar covers for the magazine's 150th Anniversary

Lighted projections of  Harper's Bazaar covers were cast on the Empire State Building on Wednesday night, April 19. The lights were in celebration of the magazine's 150th anniversary.

Singers Rihanna, Gwen Stefani, Madonna, model Kendall Jenner, and other celebrities were featured.

According to the New York Daily News, Gwyneth Paltrow's March 2012 cover, Reese Witherspoon's
February 2016 cover and Carolyn Schnurer's May 1947 cover were highlighted.

The display went on from 8:30 pm to midnight.
