Sisters File to Block Blac Chyna from Trademarking Kardashian Name
US Weekly reports the Kardashians file documents to block their future sister-in-law, Blac Chyna from trademarking her married name Angela Renee Kardashian. According to the magazine, the
mother of baby Dream Kardashian and Rob Kardashian's fiance tried to trademark her married name to get control over the use of her name for promotional purposes.
Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian's companies are trying to stop Chyna's trademark. The documents state that the Kardashians' companies would "suffer irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill if the opposed mark is allowed to register." The documents allege the trademarks
are "confusingly similar" and the "applicant is deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity of opposers' Kardashian marks."
Could this be about Blac Chyna's past as a stripper? In fact, Kim Kardashian herself said in an early episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians she absolutely didn't want her brother dating a stripper.
