Coco Austin's beloved bulldog Spartacus died after knee surgery complications. The model posted this tribute to Instagram on Nov. 28, 2016. She types, "My heart is hurting tremendously." In a follow-up post, she also thanked everyone for their loving messages. The star writes: "Spartacus was one of a kind. I feel his life was cut way too short. He touched everyone he came across. I love you Sparty! I miss you so much! This has been so hard on me."
