Kim Robbery Concierge Warned About Lack of Security Six Years Ago
The concierge held at gunpoint during the Kim Kardashian West robbery October 3rd is speaking out. According to the Daily Mail, he claims the Hotel de Pourtales is to blame for the robbery because it bosses 'didn't care' about security.
The concierge, whose name is Abdulrahman, warned of lapses in security. He even warned, "someone might die."
The hotel "deliberately choose not to install CCTV so that super-rich guests could enter and leave privately."Abdulrahman also said "nothing was locked. There was no proper security there."
He expressed the security code remained the same for six years, "so everyone knew it." The Daily Mail discovered the code had not been changed two weeks after the robbery and accessed the hotel.
