Judge Finds Nick Gordon 'Legally Responsible' in Death of Bobbi Kristina
A judge finds Nick Gordon legally responsible for girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown's death in July 2015. This after Gordon failed to appear in court.
According to The Huffington Post, the Brown estate filed a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit against Gordon after the death of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina. The lawsuit alleged Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in January 2015 after a fight with her boyfriend. The suit accuses Gordon of putting her in the bathtub and injecting her with a "toxic cocktail" of drugs.
22-year-old Bobbi Kristina was placed in a medically induced coma. She died six months later.
The suit further alleges Gordon stole $11,000 from Brown's account after she was discovered unresponsive. The lawsuit accuses Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, enrichment and conversion. Gordon didn't show up to court twice.
