Pippa Middleton is Engaged

The Duchess of Cambridge's sister, Pippa Middleton is engaged to James Matthews. According to the Daily Mail, the engagement happened on a July weekend in the Lake District. Middleton was "completely and totally surprised." Matthews asked Middleton's father for permission before proposing.
