Wiz Khalifa Cited For Public Urination

Wiz Khalifia gets caught taking a wizz. The rapper is cited for public urination in Pittsburgh. According to the AP, the city's public safety spokeswomen said the incident happened at 2:30 am Saturday Oct. 10, behind the bar, The Flats.
