Hernandez in Court, Wants Charge Dismissed

Aaron Hernandez is back in court and he wants the charge dismissed. His legal representation is expected to request the murder charges be dropped.

Hernandez may be in more trouble. According to the AP, Hernandez was there recently to be arraigned on charges for an alleged attack on a handcuffed inmate and an alleged threat to kill a guard and his family.

You may recall the former professional football player was allegedly charged with his friend, Odin Lloyd's murder. Hernandez appeared in court for the arraignment in June last year. Lloyd was a semi professional football player. His body was discovered in an industrial park about a mile from Aaron Hernandezs' house.
