Raw: Justin Bieber in Miami for Civil Deposition

Justin Bieber gave a deposition Thursday in a Miami lawsuit. According to the AP, a photographer filed the lawsuit. The photographer claims he was roughed up by the celebrity's bodyguards.

His bodyguard is accused of taking the man's camera. 

This is unrelated to Bieber's DUI arrest in January. Arrest video of Bieber urinating in a cup for a drug test is released. The video is censored with a black box over the video. Bieber is behind a low partition.

His attorney fought to keep the video private. The judge ruled Justin Bieber does have a right to privacy. The video is released anyway with censored portions.

According to the AP, Bieber is charged with resisting arrest and driving with an expired license. Bieber pleaded not guilty.
