Bieber Turns Self in to Canadian Police

Justin Bieber turns himself in to Canadian police on Wednesday January 29th. He arrived and made his way through a media swarm and cheering fans. According to the AP, Bieber turned himself in Toronto for an assault charge. This is his second recent arrest.

An authority said the charge involves an alleged December assault on a limo driver. The celeb allegedly hit the limo driver in the back of his head repeatedly. 

Bieber was arrested in Miami last Thursday on alleged charges of DUI, driving with an expired license and resisting arrest. He is rumored to have sped down a residential street in Miami beach.

The pop star is 19 years old.
