AP: Hernandez Charged with Odin Llyod's Murder
Professional football player Aaron Hernandez is allegedly charged with his friend, Odin Lloyd's murder. Hernandez appeared in court for the arraignment Wednesday June 26. He was wearing handcuffs and shackles.
There are reports the Patriots released Aaron Hernandez Wednesday morning.
Legal representation went through a timeline of events on the night the friends were last seen together. He revealed texts between the two men. There are allegations they were in a fight at a club.
The attorney alleges Hernandez was in possession of a firearm. Odin Lloyd was shot.
Presumably the victim's family members sat in court looking distraught. One woman left the court accompanied by a man.
Odin Lloyd's body was discovered in an industrial park about a mile from the home of Aaron Hernandez. Lloyd was a semi professional football player. He was dating his friend's fiance's sister.
Investigators combed the mansion of Hernandez two or three times.
Law enforcement discovered Aaron Hernandezes' dog house which almost looks like a miniature mansion. Photo tweets reveal investigators may have found the dog house humorous.
Law enforcement arrested Hernandez Wednesday.
