Speculation Duchess Expects Twins

Doctors said the Duchess of Cambridge is among only 1% of pregnant women who need to be hospitalized for the severe form of morning sickness  Twins increase the chance of severe sickness by 7.5% A doctor said multiple pregnancies increase the amount of pregnancy hormone.
