Winter will stay with her sister for the next several weeks. According to People, The Department of Children and Family Services recommends Ariel be placed in her sister's care permanently. The agency found allegations of physical abuse 'unsubstantiated.'
Ariel's mother Chrisoula accused Ariel's sister of wanting to care for the star for personal gain. An L.A. judge said he didn't think she had ulterior motives.
