Guests aren't supposed to communicate about what happens or they could pay $5 million, that could be an expensive party. There is speculation the 19-year-old singer could make people sign waivers when he attends parties. There is no word on who leaked information about the waivers. It is not unusual for celebrities to have party guests sign these documents.
