Justin's father Jeremy and his wife Chelsea announced they welcomed the child on Thursday, August
16 at 8:30 am. The proud father captioned a photo of him, his wife, and the newborn in the hospital,
"We welcomed a healthy baby "Bay Bieber" born at 8:30am."
According to the Daily Mail, this is Jeremy and Chelsea's fourth child. Justin Bieber is
the son of Jeremy and Pattie Mallette.

The star is engaged to model Hailey Baldwin. Justin popped the question at a resort in the Bahamas.
