Judge Throws Out Kesha's Sexual Abuse Claims

A judge nixes singer Kesha's hate crime and human right claims that producer Dr. Luke drugged, sexual abused, and emotionally tormented her. According to the AP, the judge said Kesha's claims that he violated her rights by raping and abusing her can't move forward. The judge gave these reasons: they happened outside of New York, stretch beyond legal time limits, and don't meet the high legal bar for intentional emotional distress.
