Is the Jurassic World Raptor Trainer Far Fetched?

Ok somehow Jurassic World is somewhat realistic to me, while the idea of someone who can train velicoraptors is far fetched. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of Jurassic Park and all the sequels. I've seen them multiple times.
